Virtual staging involves placing 3d furniture and decor into a photo. This gives the same visual results as real staging, but at a fraction of the time and cost. CGI is used to create hyper realistic interiors that will capture potential buyers attention. Choose from a large library of premade furniture and decor packs or have me design it for a customized, one of a kind look.

Virtual renovating is the same as virtual staging in that it involves placing 3d furniture and decor into a photo, but also includes changing flooring, walls, or even the addition of new cabinetry and built ins into your scene.
