Welcome to THE STYLED ABODE
Where INSPIRATION becomes vision, and BEAUTIFUL SPACES transpire

Hi! I’m Lauren
I’m creative by nature, a trait that runs in my family. I’m happiest when I’m designing, whether it’s an interior, website, painting, illustration, or building something with wood, this is where I am in my element.
Beyond creating, I find joy in the ocean, travel, and the outdoors—where nature is my sanctuary. I hope to explore Italy, Spain, and Greece someday.
Over the years, my design style has evolved, but I still hold an affinity for and draw the most inspiration from the beautiful arched elements of Mediterranean interiors and the clean minimalism of Japandi design.
On this blog, I share my insights, tips, and inspiration to help you transform your living space. From small quaint cottages to luxury homes, my goal is to make design accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
I’m currently enrolled in the New York Institute of Art and Design’s Interior Design program. I live in Chattanooga, TN with my son Liam, and my fur babies, Benjamin Pickles, Lulu Bean and Hemingway.
If you’d like to work with me, send me a message. I’d love to hear from you!

Project European Bistro Style Kitchen: A Study in Quiet Luxury
There’s a difference between a kitchen that feels styled, and one that feels lived in. For this client project, the direction was never about trend. It was about permanence. A space that feels as though it has always existed, layered slowly, collected thoughtfully, softened by time.
